Belt Loop Coil Drill

Belt Loop Coil Drill will require 3 short Sticks and 1 long

Place a stick in the 45° hole pointing at a 45 degree angle from your target. Place another stick in one of the 2 “target” holes facing your target. Place another stick in the “Club Face” hole toward your body. Place a longer 4th stick in your two front belt loops and center the stick on your body. Address the ball and take a full backswing and stop. Look down at the stick in your belt loops and it should be perfectly parallel to the stick in the 45° Hole. If it is not, you are either not coiled enough or too much. Practice this drill until the sticks are consistently parallel.
